As a key member of the recruiting team you will be interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to ensure all interviews are scheduled in a timely manner.

As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be overseeing the necessary verification checks within the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, gathering requirements from managers, and coordinating recruitment-related events.

Job Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teamBuild and maintain relationships with local universities to build a strong pipeline of junior candidates for Engineering graduateCoordinate events (internal and external) – liaise with event organisers, book and pay for events, notify attendees/participants, ensure swag is available when necessary, i.e Meetups, Career Fairs, webinars, open days,Partner with the Design team to create ad-creatives for LinkedIn and other social mediaEnsure a high-level of customer-orientation with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting cycle.

Gather scorecard, interview plan, and job ad from hiring managers and update accordingly in GreenhouseResearch social media channels that will help recruiters attract quality and diverse candidates.

Own and management TA Confluence pageConduct background checks – gather candidate's required documentation, capture fingerprints, submit checks, alert recruiter ofJob Requirements:0-2 years experience in HR or Office Administration preferredProactive thinkerProcess-drivenExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdaptableAccurate planning, organization and business coordination skillsExcellent listening skillsKnowledge of Google suite, Jira, Greenhouse, BambooHR essential
