Synopsis of the Role:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging travel trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
  • Assist in the development of new travel products and experiences by providing researchbased insights.
  • Research potential suppliers, vendors, and partners for travel products and services.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, reviews, and surveys to understand customer preferences and satisfaction levels.
  • Assist Content Managers in researching and gathering information for product descriptions, itineraries, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that brand and product development initiatives are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Prepare research reports, presentations, and recommendations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Previous experience in market research, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and research tools.
  • Detailoriented with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
