Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team.

As an IT Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, MAC systems, mobile devices, and networks.

You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficient operation of our IT systems, as well as providing technical support to our users and our clients

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to endusers, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Linux
  • Professional Institute Certification (LPIC), etc.) would be an advantage.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or a similar role.
  • Experience in managing and administering Windows, Linux, and MAC systems.
  • Knowledge of mobile devices (iOS, Android) administration and support.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in implementing and managing virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure) would be a plus.
  • Experience in managing security solutions (firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection/prevention systems) is mandatory.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ability to script and automate tasks is crucial.
