DUTIES:

Strategic Leadership:

Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. Act as a primary point of contact for major clients, addressing concerns and opportunities.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.

Business Development:
Drive new client acquisition and expand the company's market presence. Develop and execute innovative strategies for lead generation and client retention. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

Project Management:
Oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into operations Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and standards. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Maintain a culture of accountability and integrity within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in AI, MS365, or Project Management is advantageous.

Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years in a senior management role, preferably in the technology sector. Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and operational management. Understanding of Microsoft's offerings, Licensing, and related IT services. Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
