  • Change of Main/Object of the Business
  • MOI amendments
  • Authorised Capital Amendments
  • Removal of Directors
  • Allotment of Shares
  • Transfer of Shares
  • Replacement of Share Certificates
  • Appointment and Resignation of Auditors
  • Change of registered address
  • Change of Location of Company Records
  • Amendment of Founding Statement CC (Yearend, name change, members and members interest)
  • Company Registration
  • Deregistrations (Companies and Close Corporation)
  • Reinstatements (Companies and Close Corporation)
  • Public Officer Changes
  • Trust Amendments
  • Traveling to the Masters Office
  • Conversion from CC to Companies
  • New Client Takeon
  • Client follow ups
  • CIPC follow ups
  • Master of the High Court Follow ups
  • CIPC recon statement
  • Invoicing
  • Appointment and resignation of trustees
  • Removal of deceased trustee
  • Any other projects/ secretarial duties that may be assigned with guidance

Experience and qualifications:

  • Matric
