What you'll do:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls with excellence.
  • Provide technical mobile support to our clients.
  • Liaise regularly with all network support teams from O2, EE, Vodafone and other industry specific organizations on behalf of the client.
  • Support sales team with inbound order processing.
  • Process industry specific tasks including porting, upgrade and migration requests accurately.
  • Use multiple systems and inhouse CRM to help support and manage client needs and requests.
  • Proactively work communicate within team environment.
  • Work to set department SLA's set to ensure customer service excellence.

You'll definitely:

  • Have the experience and confidence to work as an individual or as part of a team in a customer service driven department.
  • Have excellent skills in all aspects of Microsoft office, including excel.
  • Understand how to deliver excellence in customer experience and service.
  • Interact successfully with all types of individuals and levels of management within a department and company.
  • Perform proactively in pressurized situations responding to company and client needs.
  • Lead by example in all aspects of your role.

The recruitment journey
We want to fill this role quickly, but we want to get the right person for the role. The recruitment process will consist of a questionnaire and introductory video. If you proceed past this, then you will have a stage 1 teams interview with the Team Leader and possibly a second interview with the Comms Support Manager and/or one other member of the Comms Leadership Team
