Job Title: FIT TOUR CONSULTANT - CAPE TOWN - WESTERN CAPE

Key Result Areas:

On the job training, attending prescribed roadshows, conducting your own product training and by personally developing your understanding of tour routes and products we sell to the different market segment we work in.


  • To ensure clients are responded to timeously, tasks are carried out and to provide feedback to the relevant parties i.e. Travelers, Suppliers, Agent partners, Sales Support Team, Line Mangers and Managing
Key Performance Areas

  • Communicate accurate product knowledge and information, including pricing and costs to our

  • Ensure correctness of costs, margins, nett and gross selling by checking with suppliers

  • Consult and support our Online Marketing and Information Administrator regarding website and marketing Correctly built itineraries and costing for correct selling periods.
