TOP-PERFORMING Outbound Sales Consultant offering a basic salary of R6000+uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling Insurance (Longterm), outbound calling.
  • Adhere to Quality and Compliance processes
  • Resolve complaint and objections
  • Build and maintain good client relationships
  • Managing information regarding new products, rates changes, rulings, training updates, etc.
  • Ensure commitment to the FAIS Fit & Proper qualification requirements

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Grade 12 qualifications
  • At least 2 years' experience within a Sales Outbound Call Centre(with targets attached to sales)
  • Financial services/Insurance experiences
  • Clear credit and clear criminal record

Key Competencies:

  • Knowledge and skills
  • Good understanding of Financial Services Industry related legislation and regulation
  • Understanding of sales processes and servicing industry
  • Fluency in English and one other South African official language
  • Commitment to the FAIS Act and meeting Fit & Proper qualification requirements
  • Willingness to work overtime
