Position Overview:
The E-commerce Administrative Staff member will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online store operations.

This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering superior customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, including adding new products, updating existing listings, and ensuring accurate product information across all ecommerce platforms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely restocking of popular items.
  • Process online orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive online sales.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create engaging content for product descriptions, banners, and promotions.
  • Maintain the overall look and functionality of the online store, ensuring it is userfriendly and uptodate.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in ecommerce administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business, marketing, or a related field are advantageous.
