Job Specification: Key Account Manager Assistant

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three (3) years' experience as a key accounts. This role requires a proven track record in sales and the ability to provide solutions tailored to customer needs.

The candidate must also demonstrate the ability to work effectively with team members to achieve the company's objectives and targets.


Key Responsibilities:

· Client Relationship Management:


o Develop and maintain trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure loyalty and reduce the risk of losing them to competitors.

o Acquire a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
o Continuously propose solutions that meet the objectives of existing customers to expand relationships.

· Service Delivery:
o Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
o Serve as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams.
o Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust.

· Sales Generation:
o Play a crucial role in generating new sales opportunities that lead to long-lasting relationships.
o Manage orders from initiation to delivery at the store level, ensuring successful execution.

· Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
o Analyze all aspects of sales data to provide strategic advice and decisions to directors.
o Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.

· Marketing and Merchandising:
o Identify and implement marketing strategies and promotions.
o Manage merchandising activities and ensure effective in-store execution.
