Trainer for Luxury Restaurant Group

We are looking for dynamic, attention to detail orientated trainer for a goup of luxury restaurants and hotels.

This is not a classroom based role, but requires someone who is able to assess and coach people on the floor to ensure they are meeting the trained classroom standards.


  • Have experience in a 5* hotel environment or luxury restaurant environment
  • Have worked in and have an understanding of busy, faced paced restaurant operations
  • Have the gravitas and knowledge to be able to train runners, waiters, bartenders and restaurant managers on the floor

The position responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring 5* standards are maintained across the group
  • Ensuring attention to detail is adhered to across the group
  • Training of management and staff where they are not meeting standards
  • Onthefloor mentorship and coaching of management and staff
