Regional Administrator for Wealth Advisers

Job description:
PSG is recruiting for an exciting and challenging career opportunity for a Regional Administrator to provide regional management, operational management and projects support to the Regional Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Operational support to wealth advisers
- Communication to wealth advisers/assistants & offices
- Diary management and travel arrangements
- Prepare presentations and all reports
- Manage marketing material & activities
- Relationship building (internal & external)
- Project management
- Coordinate activities with support areas
- Arrange training for wealth advisers & support staff
- Regional office management (finances, budget, stationery, events & filing)
- Manage client referrals, enquiries, complaints, recruitment
- Systems management (knowledge & usage)
- Stock control & ordering
- Compile compliance and practice reports
- Contract staff activations and terminations
- Implementation of policies, processes & procedures
- Expense claims management
- Planning of work sessions, assist with clients and office functions/events
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
- Diploma in Office Administration or Secretarial
- 3 years' relevant experience in the financial services industry
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
- Computer literacy (MS Office
Advanced MS Excel skills and presentation skills using PowerPoint)
Recommended requirements:
- Completed Bachelor of Commerce in Finance e.g. BCom (Finance / Business Finance / Investments / Financial Planning Law / Financial Sciences / Investment Management) or BCom (Economics)
Competencies required:
- Communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask
Education:
- Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- Financial Services (not banking): 3 years (required)
