Senior Payroll Accounting Clerk

Purpose: To oversee financial and payroll accounting ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial accounts for accuracy
- Manage reporting process
- Compile Annual Financial statements
- Act as liaison with auditors
Responsible for payroll input and deductions including UIF, IRP5s, and WCA.
- Tax and statutory compliance including Income Tax, VAT, WCA
Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Experience:
- 10-15 years' experience in accounting software and spreadsheets
- Supervisory experience
- Handling financial activities like payroll, billing, and support
- Preparing documents for submissions and declarations
- Financial reporting
