Core Responsibility:

Perform on-site installations, repairs, maintenance and preventative maintenance on client premises with Industrial & commercial HVAC Units

Installing and replacing components or entire systems

Maintenance or upgrades on out of season equipment

Performance checks on Air Conditioning units

Sound knowledge in comprehending customer requirements, diagnosing technical problems, determining proper solutions and making appropriate recommendations

Attending site meetings and liaising with Contractors on site

Doing reports on all servicing and maintenance work done

Extensive experience with HVAC Systems

Management of daily callouts, repairs and installations

Service all makes and types of HVAC systems

Carry out fault finding and repairs to all types of HVAC units

Carry out installation of AC units from standard midwall split units to full projects

Efficient communication with management

Requirements:

Matric

Qualified and Trade Tested Red Seal

Gas License

Own reliable transport and a valid driver's license

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Good problem solving skills

Must be client focused

Solutions orientated

Contract length: 6 months

Salary:
R15, R16,000.00 per month
