JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and implement company events calendar in line with the approve meeting bookings system
- Provide refreshments and catering support during meetings and all other company events
- Collect all dishes used after the meetings and provide housekeeping service during meetings (e.g. Change dirty glasses or cups and replace with the ones which are clean).
- Wash all dishes used after meetings as well as dirty dishes in the kitchen
- Daily washing of all Executive Managers dishes / Cutlery
- Deep cleaning of kitchen cupboards, fridges and microwaves
- Maintain daily cleaning of kitchen cupboards, fridges and microwaves
- Compile all data of cutlery and crockery, record and maintain properly via electronic and manual systems as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Certificate in Enduser Computing,
- Experience working on Microsoft Packages, for example. Word, Outlook & Excel
- Minimum 1 Year experience in performing housekeeping duties
- Must be willing to work overtime as and when required
- Good English Communication Skills, both verbal and written
- Must have computer skills, Problem solving, Planning and organising, friendly personality.
