We're searching for a talented Email Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in crafting engaging email campaigns that help our eyecare clients achieve their marketing goals.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Collaborate with our Client Strategists to understand client needs and develop targeted email campaigns for the vision and aesthetics industries.
  • Develop innovative email marketing strategies, including newsletters, drip campaigns, event marketing, lead generation, product promotions, and patient review generation.
  • Analyze data and reporting from past campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
  • Provide expert recommendations on email best practices, including layout, segmentation, calls to action, and text messaging strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their unique goals and objectives.
  • Proactively recommend email marketing strategies that align with client needs.
  • Develop and execute high-performing email marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Manage and segment email lists for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Constant Contact.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date on email marketing trends.
  • Bonus points for experience in the healthcare industry, particularly optometry or ophthalmology.
