This role manages a sales team and distribution strategy in PFA/PWM and is accountable for the sales targets and profitability of the team, over periods of 1 day to 3 months.This position is based in Lichtenburg . This is a sales management role accountableforanexistingteam of 13 advisors with a goal to increase headcount.The successful incumbent will have to ensure the team's profitability by managing results,resourcesandriskswithintheframeworkofthebusinessplanfor the area. This role also contributes to the overall management/leadership of the geographical area by serving as a member of theMANCO.
Key Result Areas
Managing the application of PFA's sales process. Managing the existing business processes (i.e. conservation, outstanding business, financing, administration and client care). Interacting and upskilling financial advisors. Coaching and development of financial advisors. Building and sustaining a productive team. Recruit into ACA team to ensure you have pipeline of Graduate Advisors Development and Implementation of a Local Marketing PlanQualifications and Experience required:
Matric orequivalent CFP qualification will be an advantage Must be FAIS compliant with a certificate in Financial Planning or anequivalentqualificationwith120relevantcreditsataminimum NQF level5. Must have passed RE 5 level1. Previous experience as a Sales Manager ispreferable. Be accredited on all products that PFA distributes as well as accreditation on other optionalproducts. Preferably 24 month's service as a FinancialAdvisor. Have strong administrativecapabilities. Should be comfortable in applying the salesprocess. Should be able to apply the six step financialprocessCompetencies
