Green Riders is a company revolutionizing the last-mile delivery market by using e-bikes (which are environmentally-friendly) and uplifting people (by training them to be micro-entrepreneurs who earn sustainable livings).

***: You will be training and working with our incredible youths from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. For this, you will be given manuals and curricula from which to work, and a schedule each week. You will also need to help out a little extra here and there, so flexibility is key. We have a number of satellite training hubs and facilities in townships and informal settlements, so we need people who are mobile and can get around easily. Because we are scaling rapidly into different parts of the country, you should be comfortable travelling and visiting new places.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

For this position,
you should have:

  • A valid driver's license
  • A valid South African ID
  • A matric certificate (or tertiary qualification)
  • An good command of the English language (both written and spoken)
  • A good understanding of the Microsoft Suite (including Word, Power Point and Excel)
  • Teaching, training, facilitating or coordinating experience

You should also be:

  • Able to think on your feet
  • Able to problem solve
  • Able to work within a team, and follow instructions precisely
  • Lively and enthusiastic
  • Able to motivate and inspire others
