  • Performing administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Assisting with inventory management of lodge supplies and amenities.

Safety and Security:

  • Monitoring the lobby area and ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
  • Following lodge procedures for handling emergencies, including contacting appropriate authorities if necessary.

Sales and Upselling:

  • Promoting lodge amenities, packages, and special offers to guests during their stay.
  • Upselling additional services such as spa treatments, tours, or dining options.
