Sitari Property Sales based at Sitari Country Estate, is seeking a competent and meticulous _
Sales Administrator _to join their team.

The successful incumbent responsibilities include, and not limited to:

  • Arrange COC's for sold Resale homes & apartments when finance is in place
  • Check all New Resale Mandates completed correctly with supporting documents add to admin lists & forward to Receptionist to arrange photo's, cleaning & loading on Property listings
  • Update property adverts on relevant web portals when finance done deal
  • Property24 (under offer, sold, etc.) Boosting and Premier & Featured listings
  • Ensure that Availability list &admin files are updated on Dropbox with latest information to be distributed to agents
  • Update Adlab for marketing purposes weekly and add new properties(mandates), remove sold etc.
  • Ensure Website has been updated to match list
  • Ensure that updated sales pack & AOS are updated on Dropbox
  • Update Monthly sales list to forward to Sandi month end (incl. sales, cancellation & mandates & leads)
  • Check AOS & FICA documents
  • Check synergy to ensure sale is allocated to correct agent for sale
  • Request HOA penalty levy form for Resale plots & forward to HOA for signing
  • Complete the Developer's consent form and scan to contract folder & direct manager
  • Update the Monthly Sales stats report per product on Dropbox Resales monthly by the 03rd of the month
  • Arrange meetings and bookings of Boardroom when requested
  • Compiling Minutes of Meeting & agents' pipeline when requested
  • Stand in for Reception when on leave or lunch
  • Performs other Ad hoc general administrative duties when required

Qualifications:

  • Matric (nonnegotiable)
  • 1+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or a similar role finance, insurance or property (essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Exceptional administration and multitasking skills
  • Strong Customeroriented focus
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with perfect accuracy
