Education/Qualifications:

Minimum Grade 12, Preferably at least a certificate level accounting qualification or work experience to support

Essential Experience:

2 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel / hospitality industry Special Skills/ Personality Requirements

  • Computer literate with a strong level of excel proficiency
  • Experience working on accounting packages, preferably Navision, alternatively Sage, Pastel, SAP
  • A sound understanding of the creditors function including the management of the creditors age analysis and reconciliations
  • Experience loading payments on any banking platform, as well as the reconciliation of said payments with accounting software vendor detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect and liaise with mid
- and senior management on matters relating to the creditors function

  • Ambitious, and keen on development
  • Clear criminal record
  • Own / reliable form of transport
