  • Ensuring that your desk is neat and clean an presentable at all times
  • Effectively working on your own referral and deadline base
  • Reporting all out of line duties
  • Confirming all submitted doctors notes.
  • Adhering to all compliance processes
  • Internal communication rules
  • Scripts
  • Internal policies and processes
  • Late coming
  • Systems and product compliance
  • NCA, FAIS compliance
  • Arranging interviews with management
  • Collecting relevant documents
  • Certified ID copy
  • Certified Matric copy
  • Confirming : I.T.C, ID, Matric and criminal records etc
  • FAIS affidavits
  • Fixed term contracts
  • Confirmation of employment
  • Job descriptions
  • Code of conduct

  • Achieving and adhering to key performance criteria
  • Filing of all compliance/company related documents.i.e. scorecards and coaching reports, NCA, FICA, FAIS inhouse tests.
  • Filing of all submitted Leave Forms
  • Calculation of leave
  • Maintaining, managing and controlling all daily and weekly paper work
  • Filing of all checklists, minutes, overtime registers and Saturday checklists accordingly.
  • Opening and closing of agent's files
  • Assisting with Recruitment admin
  • Assisting with Supervision Admin

Job Shadowing in absence of HR Supervisor

  • Identifying issues of noncompliance as they occur and to put in place appropriate controlling measures
  • Reporting of noncompliance issues to the Key Individual
  • Ensure that the Internal policies and procedures are followed
  • Ensure that Smollan Financial services policies and procedures are followed
  • Handling compliance queries from representatives and Team Leaders
  • Quality adherence
  • Coaching implementation
  • One on one sessions with agents regarding supervision(product and qualifications)
  • Investigating and assisting with disciplinary procedures
  • Acting with diligence, care and competency
  • Managing and monitory all daily registers including but not limited to access reports

Ad hoc Assignments
Following all reasonable assignments as instructed by the manager that falls within your job function and capabilities.

Salary:
R5,500.00 per month

  • High School (matric) (required)

  • HR administration: 1 year (required)
