  • Implement and enforce strict safety guidelines and practices, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Analyze production data and reports to identify trends, resolve issues, and implement improvements.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new production processes and technologies to enhance productivity and product quality.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a chemical processing or strong adhesive manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading safety initiatives and compliance in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Certification in production and inventory management (e.g., CPIM) or a similar qualification is a plus.
