Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process.
  • Comfortable with achieving goals and engaging with applicants both in-person and virtually.
  • Maintaining client records organized and up-to-date.
  • Constantly enhancing the recruitment process and department.

Internal Recruitment Process:

  • Screening CV's thoroughly.
  • Identifying suitable candidates and coordinating interviews.
  • Continuously expanding the existing database.
  • Compiling selected candidates' CV's.
  • Conducting interviews with department heads.
  • Conducting thorough reference and background checks.
  • Collaborating with clients and HR team.
  • Informing unsuccessful candidates.
  • Identifying potential candidates.
  • Issuing employment offers.
  • Ensuring the vacancy report is always updated.

External Recruitment Process:

  • Attracting new clients.
  • Continuously growing the current database.
  • Creating and publishing job advertisements.
  • Reviewing applications.
  • Conducting reference and background checks.
  • Collaborating with clients and HR team.
  • Communicating with candidates who were not selected.
  • Identifying potential candidates.
  • Issuing employment offers.
  • Keeping track of open positions.
  • Following up with clients.
    Inherent Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

  • Matric certification.
  • Interest in the field of Recruitment.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment.
  • Previous experience with Placement Partner software.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Canva is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Placement Partner software is a plus.
