Production Application Support Technician

As a Production Support Technician, you'll support the team by providing computer and software support.

You should be familiar with common issues that arise from software installations as well as how to resolve them efficiently.

Knowledge of networking would also be beneficial for this role.

Requirements:

  • Ensures that software is running optimally in production environments
  • Monitors client infrastructure and solutions.
  • Installation, configuration, and upgrading of existing systems.
  • Assisting and handling user calls.
  • Report and escalate incidents where necessary.
  • Be willing to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.

Qualifications

  • Degree/diploma or relevant qualification in IT/Computing
years' experience in a similar work environment.
