Change Practitioners provide support and coaching to managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions, and to project teams as they integrate Change Management activities into their project plans.


Key accountabilities include, and not be limited to:

  • The creation, implementation and management of a well-structured business and user change management plan.
  • The creation, implementation and management of a wellstructured business and user communications management plan.
  • Facilitate and ensure key stakeholder understanding of the nature of the change; and active participation and supporting of the changes
  • Setup of the required change champion structure and associated management plan for the implementation phase
  • Facilitate and ensure business readiness and adoption of the changes
  • Change campaign planning and execution
  • The creation, implementation and management of a wellstructured business and user training management plan for the Siyakhula Programme.
  • Effective Management a team of change management specialists

The specific deliverables are listed as:

  • Change management plan and execution (including all phases of the Change management framework/methodology)
  • Gather Change Related information.
  • Assess, evaluate and set Risk for the Change.
  • Create Change implementation plan.
  • Propose Change schedule.
  • Business acceptance (criteria and sign off)
  • Identify resources to implement the change and in some cases implement the change themselves.
  • Communication plan and execution
  • Communicate Change status and results.
  • Training plan and execution
  • Active participation and alignment with dependent and/or related disciplines to ensure readiness and adoption i.e. Analysis, Training, Organization Design etc.
