Qinfo is Currently on the market for a Change Manager.

The Change Chapter is responsible to deliver an end-to-end Enterprise Change and Transformation capability, by utilizing specialized skills and expertise, leveraging flexible Agile and fit-for-purpose Change Methodologies and tooling, and partnering with existing areas of change excellence.


Clients continues to undertake an unprecedent amount of change; the success with which this change is implemented is dependent on the adoption of a pragmatic approach to managing multiple change interventions in an integrated and holistic way.


The CHANGE CHAPTER supports multiple major transformation programmes across the bank and is currently evolving to ensure greater integration, standardization, sustainability, and outcome-orientation of change initiatives.


JOB PROFILE:


An effective "agile" change management capability needs to encompass a holistic and balanced approach, combining several specialists, providing complementary capabilities that collectively deliver an integrated solution.

The CHANGE CHAPTER has access to a team of multi-skilled change management practitioners who are accountable to support the development, implementation, and adoption of appropriate Change management interventions to deliver innovation into business and ensure that it is effectively adopted and utilised to deliver business value.

Specifically, the Change Manager/Specialist role should be able to deliver business value against several disciplines as reflected below:

  • CHANGE MANAGEMENT: Establishing and delivering change interventions using the most appropriate Change Management methods and tooling to prepare, enable and support individuals, teams, and Clients at large to change in response to new technologies, processes, structures, behaviors', regulatory imperatives, customer demand changes, and competitive pressure.
  • LEARNING &

DEVELOPMENT:

Appropriate training material developed based on the principle of balancing fit-for-purpose with the creation of reusable and easy-to maintain artefacts.

Acceleration of adoption and assimilation of learning content is vital.

  • COMMUNICATION &

AWARENESS:

Integrated Communications to ensure that all stakeholders (project members, stakeholders, target audiences, and the broader enterprise) are kept abreast of developments and are aware of the "How?" the "What?", the "When?" and the "Why?".


  • ORGANISATIONAL

DEVELOPMENT:

Determining the optimal structure, roles, responsibilities, capabilities, governance, people practices* and culture* of the future state of Clients and managing the transition from the current to the future state.


  • BUSINESS READINESS: Supporting the implementation, adoption, scaling, and operationalization of the new capabilities being delivered.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Change Consultant will:
- report to the

EXECUTIVE HEAD:
CHANGE MANAGEMENT (or their appointed representative) and/or Programme Change Manager and programme specific reporting lines where applicable.
- work in collaboration with the Innovation Core Change and Transformation team (Marketing, Communication, HR/IR, Organization Development, Organization Design and Learning & Development Team Leads).
- leverage existing or design, develop, automate, and refine Change templates, tools and techniques that will contribute to collation of quality deliverables.
- contribute to quick turn-around activities to expedite/accelerate programme change delivery.
- actively participate in Change and Transformation "war" room or hub activities to resolve Change and Learning matters and issues raised by business change enablement.
- assist with the creation and updating of Programme change approaches, plans, consolidation of stakeholder matrices, change impact-, business readiness and other assessment outcomes and translation into reports.
- assist the respective programme change managers with the preparation of presentations and artefacts to facilitate seamless business engagement and delivery.
- able to craft communication approaches, plans, create media relevant communication artefacts for Leadership and business consumption.
- assist with developing and implementing measures, tracking, and reporting of change benefits and value to impacted business entities.
- support the business change leads (where applicable) and respective business units to optimise the adoption of solutions to ensure that benefits are realised.

  • Any other reasonable Change Management activity in support of the core Change and Transformation team.
