Our client, a Premier Sports and Outdoor Retailer is recruiting for the position of
Imports Administrator.
You will be based at our Head Office in Cape Town and will work in the Imports Department.

You will be responsible for:

  • Capturing of new Imports
  • Purchasing Forward Cover
  • Checking Production and Booking Status of orders
  • Preparation of Tariff Sheets
  • Preparation of Clearing Instructions
  • Preparation of LC (Letter of Credit) & TT (Telegraphic Transfer) Payment
  • Imports Costings
  • Month end account reconciliations
  • Electronic Filing of various documents
  • Various other administrative and ad hoc tasks

  • Able to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Numerate and analytical
  • Good communication skills
  • High energy levels
  • Innovative and resourceful with problemsolving skills
  • A trading mentality

Salary:
R8, R12,000.00 per month

Education:

  • High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:

- imports administration: 1 year (required)
