What you'll be doing

  • Providing excellent customer experiences at all times
  • Verifying and updating customer information
  • Proactively offering solutions to any issues or concerns that customers might face
  • Providing outstanding administrative skills that covers planning, organising and time management
  • Owning the customer experience and follow through
  • High level of written Business communication skills to communicate with clients at a professional level
  • Identifying when to escalate customer queries and complaints timeously
  • Completing all training modules during new hire and ongoing campaign training
What you'll need

  • Matric
  • Minimum 1 months' experience working on the Shop Direct campaign
  • Must have completed Service 2 training
  • MS Outlook experience advantageous
  • Business writing skills advantageous
  • Minimum of 6 months webchat experience within an international Contact Centre or a minimum of 6 months international Call Centre experience coupled with a minimum of 25wpm (Essential)
  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • High level of English proficiency
  • Computer literacy ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively
  • Results orientated with solution driven mentality
  • Positive attitude and motivated mindset
  • Quality of interaction
  • Availability work shifts in a 24/7 environment
  • Working to a high degree of accuracy and speed
  • Ability to comprehend complex customers queries and provide solutions with empathy
