WHAT TO EXPECT ON A REGULAR DAY:

  • Processing payrolls, including preparation, statutory compliance, and system maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance and contributing to internal process improvements and client risk management
  • Boosting company financial performance by enhancing customer experience through efficient service delivery
  • Building and maintaining client relationships with respect and professionalism

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5 years of payroll experience or HRIS expertise with Sage300 and/or Premier systems
  • Diploma/Degree in commerce, HR, or related field
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with SA payroll tax and labor legislation
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
