Are you someone who has experience in:

  • Working knowledge of Access, WAN, Datacentre and Security technologies
  • Working knowledge of Network Management and Monitoring Systems
  • Solid understanding of Network Automation
  • Solid understating Routing and Security Protocols
  • Driving business profitability in the context of cost management through Information technology solutions
  • Increase operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectiveness
  • Comply, understand and implement all steps within IT development and meet governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements during design of IT Infrastructure Architecture, e.g. PCI, Multicountry legislative requirements
  • Draft business and Technical requirements into requests for proposal documents for IT Network Infrastructure Architecture, and provide Standardsbased designs
  • 10+ years experience in Network and Security
  • Provide sound leadership and strategic technology decisions
  • Certifications in CCIE or equivalent

You will be responsible for:

  • Design and develop efficient and costeffective network infrastructures
  • Provide advice as to the networking direction and compatibility to multiple business units.
  • Providing highlevel technical advice and support for all network and security services
  • Deliver exceptional service through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions by resolving queries fast end effective.
  • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including endusers, SMEs, project managers and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements.
  • Ensure Solutions and Offerings are aligned with key Business Objectives and Strategic outputs
  • Ensure relevance in existing infrastructure architecture by staying abreast with latest technological advances in the marketplace.
  • Establish architectural standards and frameworks and assess functional and process risks on projects by collaborating with other architects to translate the customer's requirements. Identify, justify and design a specific solution that meets business requirements.
