  • Prior experience as an E-Commerce Administrator essential
  • Passionate about e-commerce and staying updated on market trends
  • Must be customer service-oriented
  • Keen eye for detail and proofreading content
  • Self-reliant worker with exceptional communication skills

DUTIES:
  • Responsible for all e-commerce online activities for the business-to-business site
  • Support the Website Developer in setting up the new site
  • Upload images and product details of stock
  • Maintain wholesale product pricing on the Business-to-Business site
  • Ensure stock availability and add new products as they come in
  • Administer different functionalities on the Online store
  • Oversee content and copywriting
  • Handle incoming orders, submit them for processing and dispatch
  • Respond to all customer inquiries promptly
  • Manage the sales of company products on various platforms, uploading products and images for approval, maintaining available quantities
  • Ensure all registered domains are kept up to date
  • Address all customer queries including troubleshooting, price inquiries, complaints, etc.
  • Assist with client inquiries related to deliveries and pricing
  • Organize article master data and develop data templates
