Implement the training administration process, pre and post training intervention

  • Invigilate PBS assessments as required
  • Auditing of Learner material
  • Administration of of learner information and tracking of documentation
  • Administration of MerSETA documentation and registration processes
  • Administration of certification processes
  • Implement effective workforce engagement, communication, and collaboration methods across business
  • Focus on developing effective team relationships to contribute to a positive working environment
  • Ensure an accurate and timeous reporting system
  • Accurate implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all learning interventions
  • Ongoing focus on selfdevelopment, agree feedback processes and identify support opportunities

To be considered for this position applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Human Resources or Administration qualification preferable
  • ETDP or SDF qualification will be advantageous
  • 2 years administration experience with good Excel skills
  • Must be excellent in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail

    l Good communication skills

Salary:
R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
