Management of internal sales for the Company from start to finish.

  • Managing existing and new accounts with regards to the sales of all battery products which include the building and maintenance of relationships with all clients ensuring prompt and efficient feedback, together with the best possible service delivery.
  • Assisting with administration in regards to the marketing of battery products. (80% of role is admin related)
  • Cocoordinating of daily sales
  • Supporting existing and new wholesale customer accounts
  • Manage walkin wholesale accounts
  • Handling of all quotations on a daily basis
  • Ensuring that sales orders are accurately processed
  • Communicate with the warehouse with regards to stock queries
  • Communicate with dispatch in coordinating urgent deliveries
  • Phone client base daily against area listings
  • Update customer database continually
  • Advise and communicate with Sales Manager of any stock shortages
  • Managing back orders and updating clients on progress with regards to ETA's
  • Participating and assisting strategy meetings and sales planning
  • Ensuring good communication with all relevant departments
  • Backup/substitute to receptionist/admin
  • Will be expected to assist with stock take as and when required
  • Have a good understanding that the job escalates and involves all aspects needed to do the job
Knowledge, skills & abilities

  • Matric (Math and Science a must)
  • Essential & excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Interest in experimenting, electrics and electronics
  • Computer literate: MS Office (Excel essential)
  • Wellspoken and presented (fluent in English)
  • Excellent sales skills with proven track record
  • Persuasive, persistent and result driven
  • Eager to learn and willing to be guided

Salary:
R13,000.00 per month
