REPORTING TO:
You will be reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Existing Client Management (60%)
  • Ensure full onboarding and training of clients within your portfolio.
  • Maintain relationships with clients within your portfolio by providing support, information and guidance.
  • Identify key issues, recommend and implement service improvements to your base.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within your existing base and execute on all appropriate opportunities.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards at all times.
  • Prepare adhoc reports for key decisionmakers within your client base.
  • Arrange regular meetings and calls with clients and obtain regular feedback regarding delivery on Trade Sheild's value proposition.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting quarterly and reviewing monthly performance of portfolio.
  • Conduct indepth presentations to existing clients to demonstrate products and solutions and how they will fit in the client's organization.
  • Manage and identify key customer relationships and build and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Customer Retention (20%)
  • Ensure retention of existing customers.
  • Make necessary updates to customer accounts as and when required.
  • Identify customerrelated risks that need to be addressed to ensure retention.
  • Identify additional training needs through customer engagement.
  • Analyse usage stats and feedback to relevant internal stakeholder/s.
  • Continuous Improvement (10%)
  • Build and maintain knowledge of Trade Shield's systems, data and processes.
  • Identify product improvements or new products that should be developed, based on client interactions and feedback.
  • Interact with Product Development team to assist with correct prioritisation of improvements to Inoxico's products and services.
  • Keep up to date with key changes within the account management environment and work on improving your craft.
  • Sales Admin (10%)
  • Participate in sales meetings and key marketing events.
  • Maintain our CRM tool with all required client information and key activities.
  • Ensure billing and invoicing are executed correctly for your clients.
  • Participate in key training sessions and stay abreast of new product features.
  • Compile monthly reports on results, client interactions, highlights, etc.

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES (*critical):
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in a solution selling environment.
  • Expertise in managing relationships with Csuite executives.
  • Credit risk management preferred.
  • 3 year university degree preferred.
