Role and responsibilities:

  • Produce furniture and cabinetry products independently, to high quality standards.
  • Provide regular feedback of progress to the team lead and identify possible delays to the work schedule.
  • Communicate low levels of stock to your team lead.
  • Assist the team lead in performing routine maintenance of tools & machinery.
  • Assist in coaching the more junior workshop staff to develop their skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in making solid wood furniture and panelbased cabinetry.
  • Experience with a reputable furniture company is required.
  • Portfolio of work and/or employment references
  • Driving license (Code: B)
