A leading Travel Retail Software company is seeking a dedicated Agile Programme / Project Manager to oversee meticulous planning, effective governance, and successful project completion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role demands hands-on experience in managing significant deliverables in an agile setting. Specializing in retail food & beverage, duty-free products, and cutting-edge technologies for B2B and B2C clients worldwide, this company is a key player in the travel retail sector. Minimum Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Agile Project Management certification (preferably CPAPM or SAFe)
  • 10+ years in Project Management (At least 5 in leading Agile Projects)
  • Experience managing projects with both physical and digital products
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework Portfolio Management is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools (Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel)
  • Experience with platforms like JIRA, MS DevOps, etc
  • Proficient in Design Thinking tools like Miro, Figma, etc
  • Experience in DevOps and enhancing Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment maturity is advantageous
  • Thorough understanding of iterative product development methodologies such as SAFe and scrum
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence remote teams
  • Strong skills in planning, communication (written and verbal), presentation, negotiation, and facilitation
  • Effective leadership and management capabilities
  • Ability to oversee project/product budgets
  • Capacity to guide business units in resource allocation management
  • Ability to innovate in problem-solving
  • Advantageous to have Project Cross Skills (Change Management, Test Analyst, Business Analyst, etc)


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, and Business Unit Executive Heads to align programme objectives with the business's strategy
  • Drive programme priorities across business units
  • Provide guidance on resourcing and structure across Projects/epics
  • Ensure clear benefit hypotheses/statements and acceptance criteria for all Projects/Epics
  • Manage Programme approval and prioritization processes
  • Coordinate and synchronize Projects/epic-related activities with stakeholders
  • Oversee Programme budget and Risk Register
  • Establish programme governance controls
  • Work with Software Product Management and System and Solution Architects/Engineering for Software Projects
  • Manage Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demos, and other SAFe ceremonies
  • Coach SAFe for implementation across additional business units
  • Monitor progress of Projects/epics MVP deliverables and report to key stakeholders
  • Assess Projects/epics viability, leading indicators, and defined outcomes
  • Collaborate with Project Managers/Scrum Masters and Test Managers for projects within the programme
