Today, BackaBuddy, is seeking a Systems and Quality Assurance Analyst to contribute to their mission.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to analyse and test business processes, automate workflows, and implement solutions across various departments.

With a focus on enhancing efficiency and quality, you will play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring a seamless user experience.


As a Systems and Quality Assurance Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders from different teams, engage in software trial set-up, configure and customise software, provide training and support, and continuously monitor and improve system performance.

Your strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and aptitude for learning new technologies will be invaluable in delivering successful projects and meeting client requirements.
