As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Production Assistant.


Role and Responsibilities:

Video Editing:
Assist in editing video content using Adobe Premiere. Familiarity with other video editing software is a plus.

Script Writing:
Contribute to the development of scripts for videos, ensuring a clear and engaging narrative.

Thumbnail Designing:
Create eye-catching and effective thumbnails for our video content.

Social Media Planning:
Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts across various platforms.

Monitoring Social Media Trends:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.


Camera Experience:
Have experience operating cameras and equipment, ensuring high-quality footage during shoots.

Assisting on Shoots:
Provide support during shoots, including setting up equipment, managing props, and assisting with lighting and sound as needed.

Content Idea Creation:
Generate creative and innovative ideas for new video content that aligns with our brand and target audience.

Initiative and Proactivity:

Show initiative and take responsibility for tasks without constant instruction, demonstrating the ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary.


Team Player:
Collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Company Goals and Objectives:

Be willing to work under pressure and go the extra mile to assist the team in reaching our company's goals and objectives.


Requirements:

Qualifications:
A diploma or degree in media production or currently studying towards a degree/diploma. Please supply proof of registration if studying or certificate if completed

Valid Driver's License and Own Car: Ability to commute to various locations for shoots and production-related tasks.

Reliable Internet Line at Home:
Ensure a stable and consistent internet connection for remote work and online collaboration.

Own Laptop (MacBook): Possess a MacBook laptop for work purposes.

Adobe Premiere License (Not Hacked):Possess a legitimate and up-to-date Adobe Premiere license for video editing.

Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Attention to Detail:
Exhibit strong attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.

Time Management:
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative Thinking:
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and generate unique ideas for video content.

Passion for Video Production:
Display a genuine passion for video production, storytelling, and the ability to keep up with industry trends and advancements.

Availability:
Within a month or sooner
