Virtual Sales Agent - Remote Position for Fitness Studio

Position Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Virtual Sales Agent to join our growing agency which services fitness studio teams remotely.

As a Virtual Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting our clients' fitness studio services, engaging with potential clients through virtual channels, and converting leads into valued members.

Your goal is to drive membership sales, enhance customer experience, and contribute to the remote growth of our fitness studio.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a welcoming and informative experience both over the phone and over SMS / Social platforms
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of the fitness studio's services and membership options.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various lead generation techniques, including database reactivations, referrals, and paid marketing
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' fitness goals, preferences, and challenges, tailoring your sales approach accordingly.
  • Present and explain membership packages, pricing, and special offers in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the fitness studio's goals and target market.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly, providing additional information and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of client interactions, lead progress, and sales activities in the LIFT CRM
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the fitness studio.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about fitness trends, offerings, and sales techniques.
  • Foster a positive and energetic atmosphere within the fitness studio that encourages potential clients to become members.
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the continuous improvement of the sales process.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with diverse individuals.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities, with a genuine passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent internet connectivity, own laptop/ computer with sufficient CPU and RAM and backup power facilities such as an inverter, UPS, solar etc. in the event of power outages.
  • A strong understanding of fitness and wellness concepts, enabling you to effectively communicate the benefits of the fitness studio's services.
  • A strong command of the English language including but not limited to spelling, grammar and well articulated spoken English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, overnights, and weekends, to accommodate potential clients' schedules.
  • Positive attitude, selfmotivated, and a team player.
