  • Creating of all inbound purchase orders for all sites.
  • Processing of daily and month end financial records on Syspro (Consumables)
  • Oversight of the warehouse management system
  • Planning monthly inventory count
  • Actively involved in inventory count capturing, variance reports, investigations, and confirmations
  • Issuing and receipting for all sites
  • Creation, amendment and closing of job cards.
  • Capturing consumption on job cards
  • Performance of cost reconciliations for reporting to head office
  • Assist in preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts.
  • Support the Planning team materials availability and job costings, daily stock reconciliations.
  • Filing of all documentation
  • Assist financial manager and lead Inventory controller with daily operational and administrative tasks.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • BCom qualification
  • Similar role experience (manufacturing) of at least 2 years required
  • Excellent proficiency in Syspro
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with an ability to interact with senior management
  • Meticulous attention to Detail
  • Be able to work under pressure
