I am in search of a skilled Robotic Welder to join the manufacturing team of my clients. The ideal candidate should excel in programming and using robotic welding systems to ensure the accurate creation of retail fixtures and POS displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform precision welds on various materials by programming and operating robotic welding equipment.
  • Resolve any issues related to robotic welding processes efficiently.
  • Adjust welds to meet required specifications by monitoring their quality.
  • Work closely with engineers and production staff to enhance welding procedures.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and calibration tasks for robotic welding systems.
  • Uphold safety regulations and keep the work area clean.
  • Provide training and support to fellow welders on robotic welding equipment operation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is a must.
  • Hold a Trade Test Certificate in Welding, specializing in robotic welding.
  • Demonstrated expertise in programming and using robotic welding systems.
  • Familiarity with various welding methods such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
  • Proficient in technical skills and knowledgeable about robotic welding technology.
  • Strong focus on detail and ensuring quality control.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based manufacturing setting.
