I am looking for a technologically adept Robotic Welder to join my clients' manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in programming and operating robotic welding systems, ensuring the precise fabrication of retail fixtures and POS displays.

Key Duties:

• Program and operate robotic welding equipment to perform precision welds on various materials.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to robotic welding processes.

• Monitor the quality of welds and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet specifications.

• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize welding procedures.

• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of robotic welding systems.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

• Train and assist other welders in the operation of robotic welding equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.

• Trade Test Certificate in Welding, with specialization in robotic welding.

• Proven experience in programming and operating robotic welding systems.

• Knowledge of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.

• Strong technical skills and understanding of robotic welding technology.

• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
