Job Summary:


We are looking for a strong and energetic Administrator who can work under pressure and who can provide strong general office administration support to ensure efficient business operations.


This role involves managing day-to-day administrative operations and provide comprehensive administrative support to Directors and manage various office duties and various site projects.


Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Job Duties:

  • Valid South African Driver's license
  • Own reliable transport (Must stay in Pretoria East)
  • Must be able to travel to sites on short notice with company vehicle
  • Working hours: 08:00 17:00 MUST be willing to work extra overtime hours for emergencies or operational requirements. Will be compensated accordingly
  • Computer Proficiency (Excel and Pastel not negotiable or preferred)
  • Social marketing (required to load averts on Facebook regarding products)
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Proven 6 years' experience in an Admin/Accounting role_

  • Project managing (Coordinate projects and oversee project i.e. Maintenance on properties)
  • Monthly Invoicing/ Reconciliation of expenses
  • Maintain internal record keeping, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation.
  • Manage cash flow, credit control, and debtors' management to optimize working capital and minimize financial risks.
  • Facility management (Company vehicles, fuel cards, Company assets, stationery etc.)
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets, contracts, and agreements.
  • Scheduling appointments, flight tickets (travel arrangements), accommodation, meetings, and events.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Directors.
  • Play a key role in ensuring efficient communication, coordination, and execution of various administrative tasks to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the team.
  • Detailoriented professional, capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Process driven and selfstarter
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
