PIQ) to design and deploy Quality Control Plan to support an external demerit at 0 for Alstom Customer and the ZERO DEFECT PROGRAM.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Accountability & Authorities

  • Develop and deploy processes, tools & quality standards with industrial teams.
  • Support Quality activities related to digital tools: Maximo, SharePoint, SAP, GSI, QES & AOS.
  • Car history book compilation (Traceability, configuration, updates).
  • Support Workstation audit KPI's: Planning, execution, analysis and animation.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external tool calibration process.
  • Support APSYS improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope.
  • Coordination of Quality Management System activities and documentation update.
  • Support process improvement through data analysis, pareto charts and performance trends
  • Provide technical and administrative support to Industrial Quality team.
  • Generating site reports (Defects per units, External Demerits, APSYS, Audits etc.)
  • Updating Quality Database
  • Participate to PFMEA and Control Plan
  • Develop, update and maintain Self Inspection material.
  • Participate to design change management process.


 NCR management
  • Coordinate NCR process Ie. Updating control plans, QRQC/8D problem solving approach and closure

Performance measurements

  • Quality documentation deployed at the serial stage.


 OTD
  • Car history book completion prior to customer handover.
  • Activity audits: 100% of the audits carried out in the year according to planning defined.
  • Dashboard deployed and up to date.
  • APSYS measurement for the Industrial Quality Road Map.
  • NCR performance
  • Central Quality Index

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Technical Engineering Diploma and/or Quality diploma.

Desirable:

  • ISO 9001:2015
  • PFMEA Training Problem Solving (8D) Training
    Experience

Mandatory:

  • Process knowledge on Quality and at industrial level
  • Experience in Quality environment


 NCR managementexpérience on SAP/SQP

  • 35 Years experience in a quality role
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Generating weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Rail experience
  • Configuration change management

Desirable:

  • Familiar with Alstom processes
  • Familiar with Quality APSYS roadmap
