The support to Branch Manager with the daily running of the branch and will manage the day-to-day operation in their absence, ensuring both customer service satisfaction and sales opportunities are maximised.
Responsibilities

Admin_
- Assisting in the daytoday running of the Drive-Through Fitment Centre
- Controlling the vehicles coming in for fitment
- Client Management and Floor Management
- Assisting in growing the business by gaining new accounts & customers
- Assisting in ensuring the profitability of the branch
- Assisting managing staff
- Time Sheet
- Staff roaster (Weekends)
- Ensure job cards are to be created for all vehicles entering the Truck Fit area
- Assessing and signing daily job cards
- Assisting with customers that are allocated to "INTERSECT" tyres management system
- Housekeeping
- Tool stock takes
- Keeping all tools in a working condition
- Prioritise daily workload
- Ensure customer request is executed correctly
- Monitor each client to be serviced within SOP time milestones
- Spot checks on fitments done, on and off the trucks/trailers.
- Ensure that Staff adhere to SOP
- Assisting with faults found, offering solutions
- Controlling consumables
- Working in accordance with the job description
Grade 1
- Supervisory experience (35 years) or people management skills
- Proven fast fit/tyre fitting/automotive or mechanic experience (5+ Years)
- Must be computer literate.
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Able to work under pressure.
- Valid driver's license
- Tyres knowledge is an added bonus
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational and problemsolving
- Team leader
- Quality control
- Client liaison
Salary:
R18, R25,000.00 per month
