Cavendish Cell (Cell C) is looking for a retail store manager.

Role and responsibilities._


The Retail Store Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the store and is accountable for the overall sales performance of their team and store.

Duties includes staff management, maintaining high production, sales productivity and customer service oriented.

  • Duties and responsibilities are, however not limited to this. All reasonable and lawful requests within your scope of work/abilities given by management are to be followed._

Key Performance Areas,_

  • Store Operations:_
  • Ensure operational excellence by following and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that managers duty checklist are timeously completed on a daily basis.
  • To ensure that all required reports are sent daily/weekly/monthly.
  • To provide a consistent customer focused service experience.
  • Executes sales promotion activities.
  • Training:_
  • Ensure store staff are trained and competent.
  • Training of store staff, new and existing team.
  • Identify staff development areas and address through training or communicate to the sales trainer.
  • Identify and takes action to address customer service gaps through training or communicate to the sales manager.
  • Staff Management:_
  • Create a positive working environment for all employees.
  • Conduct morning meetings with staff to shares sales stats.
  • Provide coaching and motivate staff.
  • Skills & Expectations:_
  • Good command of the English language both verbal and written.
  • Can communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
  • Must be able to work in high pressured environment.
  • Always be willing to work, learn and grow.
  • Passionate, driven & selfmotivated individual.

Requirements:

  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast pace industry.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Honest and Trustworthy.
  • Approximately 2 years experience in the cellular industry.

Job Types:

R8 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
