What you'll be doing:

  • Lead quantitative impact assessment of climate related physical risks across different assets
  • Conduct context specific climate vulnerability studies for material risks
  • Lead the identification and prioritisation of appropriate and applicable mitigation and adaptation actions in response to risks identified to strengthen a site's resilience to long term climate change impacts
  • Develop strategy for response to extreme weather events and collaborate with Risk & Emergency team on Emergency Response Plans to improve business response to short
- and medium-term events

  • Conduct water efficiency benchmarking and conduct water efficiency assessment of ENGEN business wide operations and activities
  • Develop strategy and business wide action plans to address water efficiency aimed at achieving ENGEN's sustainable development goals
  • Lead the formulation of Engen Human Rights Commitment statement and accelerate mainstreaming respect for human rights in priority systems and processes including cascading to all contractors
  • Drive compliance to Social Performance Criteria in Contractor HSE Management
