Position Overview:

We are looking for a proficient AWS DevOps Engineer to design and oversee our cloud infrastructure, automate deployment workflows, and ensure the stability of our production environments. The ideal candidate will possess over 4 years of experience in DevOps or a similar field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and sustain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Create and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated testing and deployment.
  • Monitor system performance to guarantee reliability and availability of cloud resources.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates on cloud servers and infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  • Manage and optimize cloud expenditure.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance release processes.
  • Establish and oversee server logs, metrics, and alerts for proactive issue resolution.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for incident management and resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field.
  • Proficiency with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.).
  • Strong experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Bitrise, AWS CodeBuild.
  • Expertise in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, ECS, Fargate).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., DataDog, CloudWatch).
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification.
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of database management and optimization.
  • Experience with serverless architecture.
