Duties & Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

  • Daily Stock checks & rental administration
  • Assist with customer service issues
  • Front counter customer service and sales
  • Planning and scheduling of activities and resources
  • Vehicle movement control and reporting
  • Quality control of vehicle mechanical and damages
  • Ensuring the daily operation runs smoothly
  • Ensuring profitability and cost control
  • Systems & general administration including accurate data capturing

Requirements:

  • Maintain professional image of self and work area
  • Customer orientated thinking and behaviour
  • Maintaining professional image of the company and self
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (accuracy)
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills multi tasking is key
  • Excellent time management (punctuality)
  • Be able to adjust (flexibility) shifts and duties to meet branch and customer needs/demands
  • Ability to think on your feet and use initiative thrive under pressure
  • Ability to sell products and services target driven
  • Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
  • Have a positive outlook to all situations
  • Computer literate
  • Customerfacing interaction and service (previous experience an advantage)

Qualifications/Other Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Code B or EB driver's license with own reliable transport
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Salary:
R8, R9,900.00 per month
